Sleep and Memory

Research shows that you can better remember the information you read, if you will go to sleep after learning it. But there are two limits:

1. Materials that you intend to take should be easy to understand, or you must already have a fair amount of knowledge or experience in the topics covered.

2. You should not be too tired or exhausted when reading the material. At the time you need to learn something, try this procedure and see if it works for you.
