Did you know that there are three stores in the memory of the children of the brain? They are the sensory register, short-term memory storage and long-term memory store. This is where experiences are preserved, stored and recalled.

Memory as you know, plays a crucial role in learning and intelligence. And to improve memory, you need to promote issues such as attention, associated ideas, and the repetition of your children.

It is really up to you

Many of us grew up believing that the power of thought and memory have inherited - that is why some people are in the average, while others are geniuses. It is a myth, research shows that parents can you raise the intelligence of your child and improve memory.

All you have to do is be a mother and spend time with the child. Nurturing is what creates a child to the care, love and giving.

First you must never think negative thoughts. Children can feel your emotions and feelings inside unspoken. A positive internal dialogue communicates to the child and not only improves the mind, but self-confidence.

Develop breathing exercises, as well as daily physical activities such as gymnastics, jogging, sports, swimming, etc.. Make them with your child. Deep breathing and physical exercises to stimulate a child's mental and overall performance.

Did you know, the mental gymnastics can be done by playing games like checkers, chess, scrabble, word jumbles and cryptograms and so on. These games stimulate the mind and strengthen the skills strategy.

Make the family warm and comfortable. Be sure to talk with the children whenever you can. This develops their language skills, right from birth to about 26 months of age and that too at a very rapid pace.

One of the old ways to increase the intellectual potential, to build vocabulary, improve memory and attention is repetitive reading - to read to children when they are young and repeat the same story again and again for the child to absorb every nuance.

The simplest and most interesting to help children sharpen their memory is to introduce them to different types of games.
