Sleep and memory
Research shows that we can better remember the information you're reading, if you go to sleep immediately after that. But there are two limitations:
1. The equipment you intend to recall should be easy to understand, or you should already have a good deal of knowledge or experience in the topic being discussed.
2. You should not be too tired or exhausted after reading the document. The next time you need to learn something, try this procedure and see if it works for you.
Reduce stress
Medical research shows that people who are always anxious to produce stress hormones, like cortisol, which damages brain cells. Make a point to do something that will relax you, every day. Try meditation drinking tea, so whatever works for you. A very effective in reducing stress is the deep breathing and visualize the results of any situation to turn good. Do not have enough rest.
Improve self-esteem
Poor memory is often the result of poor self-image. After all, everything begins and ends in mind. So to have a healthy mind, believe you can do anything you want. Boost your self-esteem and confidence in your abilities. Your attitude should be supportive of your goals.
Emotions and memory
The emotions and feelings play a very important role in the process of learning and memory retention. It is very important to have a good atmosphere in the collection, receipt and recovery of mental and emotional information. Here is a technique for conditioning the mood which should certainly help you improve your mental abilities:
Improved mood Technique:
Imagine a face of someone who put you in some way in the past (for example, a family member, teacher, friend, parent, etc.). After obtaining the image of his face, to say "No matter what you say or do to me, I'm still a good person!" This will relieve you and put you in a positive awareness in the treatment of people or foreigners.
