As mentioned in previous articles, depression is a normal reaction in our daily lives such as loss of a job, death of a loved one, or illness. More than 30 million Americans suffer from depression and the amount is increasing at an alarming rate. Depression May be a mental disorder that can affect the way you eat and sleep, and what you feel about yourself. In this article we will discuss how to treat depression with home-made medicines.
1. Blend spinach and carrots
Put a half cup of spinach and some carrot in the press, and then drink the mixture every day will help relieve the symptoms of depression. In fact, carrots contain beta-carotene, one of the most powerful antioxidant that helps rejuvenate the body by blocking the formation of free radicals, spinach and contains large quantities of iron that contributes to the increased traffic blood resulting in more oxygen to the cells of the body.
2. Eat 2 ripe bananas every day
